Wafer carriers are fabricated at Petrus using almost exclusively the “Plunge cut” method to insure optimal results and the highest dimensional accuracies possible. We produce 6”, 8” and 12” wafer carriers for the semiconductor industry and also special long horizontal carriers for the Solar industry.
